And with this will be explained to you the matter of the prayer of the Vatikin (the earliest risers), who were accustomed to pray before sunrise (Netz HaChama). And the secret of the matter is: behold, the truth is that for that coupling only one Shema was needed, like the other couplings. But the reason why there were two Shemas in it is for the reason that was explained: since all the Mochin departed completely, therefore one must draw them in two times, for once will not suffice. And this reason does not apply except when the day has shone and the sun has risen, i.e., it is actual day.
