And therefore Elokim contains the letters Mem-Lamed-Aleph and Yod-Hei, to indicate that it is only filled by the letters Yod-Hei. And this is 'Mela YH' (filled with Yod-Hei) — the letters of Elokim. And what was first Aleph-Lamed-Mem is now made full by the letters Yod-Hei, which are the essence of the Mochin, as mentioned there.
