There is yet a third light, surrounding both of them, and it is also HaVaYaH in the filling of Yodin, Yod-Yod, Hey-Yod, Vav-Yod-Vav, Hey-Yod. However, the manner of the vocalization is: in the simple letters, they are vocalized in the manner of the movement of the letters — Cholam, Tzere, Kamatz, Tzere — and the six other letters of the filling are all vocalized with a Kamatz beneath each of them.

1The simple letters are vocalized according to the movement of the letters, etc.; the filling is all vocalized with a Kamatz: This HaVaYaH is the degree of Galgalta itself, and therefore it is vocalized in its filling letters with Kamatzim, without any distinction among them. And this is because the aspect of Kamatz indicates a contracting, and the point of Patach is its opposite, indicating the opening of the lights in breadth, and the measure of the opening of Hochma depends on the measure of the contracting that is in Keter, for Keter means Rosh, where the coupling by striking occurs; and by the coarseness and the striking, the measure of the greatness of the level is measured, as stated in the previous parts, which afterward is turned from above downward and clothes in vessels — which is the secret of the opening of the lights, for there is no grasping of light without a vessel, as is known. So the Kamatz and the Patach are two movements opposite one another, and yet the measure of their level is equal to one another, for according to the size of the contracting, so is the size of the clothing, which is the opening.
And therefore all the filling letters of this HaVaYaH, of the aspect of Galgalta itself, are with Kamatzim; but the simple letters, which do not indicate the measure of coarseness of the screen but rather the aspect of the vessel itself, have no change in their vocalization, and here too they are vocalized according to the movement of the letters, whose meaning is the aspect of covered Hassadim, as was explained above in the passage beginning “vocalized.” See there.
